Are your flowers real?
No our flowers just look real, they are all artificial.

How are your parcels sent?
We use royal mail recored or special delivery, so all parcels will need signing for.

How soon after I make a purchase will my order arrive?
Your items should normally be dispatched within 1-2 workings days after cleared funds have been received. Recorded delivery by Royal mail is  normally 2-3 days, with specail delivery orders being next day delivery up to 1pm

I am worried about my flowers getting damaged?
We take a lot of care packing our items,to insure that they will not get damaged.If you parcel was to be damaged on arrival,then you MUST write damaged when signing for you parcel.

How should i look after my flowers,as i still have a month to go?
Keep them in a sealed box away from damp,radiators,sunlight,so a cool room would be perfect.

Does it cost anything to become a member of Paypal?
No, Paypal is a completely safe, easy & free service and is now owned by ebay. You do not have to have a paypal account to pay on the website via credit or debit card.

Do you offer any payment options other than Paypal?
Yes, we accept personal cheque and postal orders or bank transfer (Bac's), however if you send a personal cheque your items will not be shipped until the cheque clears. (Usually 7 business days)

How do I make a purchase using a cheque or postal order without going through Paypal?
Just select payment via cheque or postal order or bank transfer (Bac's).
